Secure Payment
At ZonaCNC, payment security is a priority. This page explains how charges are processed, what measures protect your data, and exactly what ZonaCNC charges.
1. What ZonaCNC charges for
ZonaCNC invoices only the seller plan subscription (with Spanish VAT, where applicable). The sale price of the machinery is charged by the seller directly to the buyer, outside the platform. ZonaCNC does not intervene in the machine transaction, does not hold funds, and does not apply a commission on sales.
2. Payment processor
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., an authorized payment service provider certified as PCI-DSS Level 1 (the highest level of the payment card industry security standard).
Your card details are entered directly into a form hosted and encrypted by Stripe. ZonaCNC does not see, process, or store your full card number or security code (CVC) at any time.
3. Connection encryption
All site traffic is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Data exchanged between your browser and the servers—and between the platform and Stripe—cannot be intercepted or read by third parties.
4. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)
In accordance with the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), charges apply Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) when required by the issuing bank, typically through 3-D Secure verification (bank code, app, or biometrics).
5. Renewals and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period (monthly or annual) against the registered payment method. You will receive the corresponding invoice by email. You can view your charges and invoices, as well as cancel the renewal, from your seller panel.
6. No minimum term and cancellation
The monthly plan has no minimum term: you can cancel it at any time and keep the service until the end of the already paid period. The conditions for changes, extensions, and refunds are detailed in the Terms and Conditions and the Seller Terms.
7. Refunds
Already accrued subscription amounts are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error attributable to ZonaCNC or when required by applicable consumer protection regulations. Requests are handled through the channels indicated below and are processed via Stripe on the original payment method.
8. Anti-Fraud Protection
ZonaCNC and Stripe apply automatic fraud prevention controls on subscription payments. For the purchase and sale of machinery between users, please refer to the recommendations in the Anti-Fraud Policy: the platform does not hold the payment for the machine, and the transaction takes place outside ZonaCNC under the responsibility of the parties.
