Machining center developed to machine the diameter of the wooden reel from 1000 mm to 1900 mm for cables and wires. This machining center is capable of performing:
• Center hole;
• Drag holes;
• Diagonal hole;
• Cutting and finishing;
• Center cavity;
• Rod holes;
• Conical washer cavity.
This machining center operates in 6 stages:
1. Steamroller (nail kneading);
2. Conveyor belt feeding;
3. Drilling;
4. Cutting-finishing;
5. Bushing press;
6. Storage.

• Production capacity of 60 flanges per hour;
• Only one man to operate;
• "7" touch screen control panel;
• WEG electric motors and automation.
