Machining center developed to machine the diameter of the wooden reel from 650 mm to 800 mm for cables and wires. This machining center is capable of performing:
• Center hole;
• Pull holes;
• Diagonal hole;
• Cutting and finishing;
• Center cavities;
• Rod holes.
This machining center operates in 4 stages:
1. Conveyor belt feeding;
2. Drilling;
3. Cutting-finishing;
4. Storage.
Other information:
• Production capacity of 60 flanges per hour;
• Only one man to operate;
• 7" touch screen control panel;
• WEG electric motors and automation.
