Feeder:
Triple screw feeder, with three 6" diameter screw sections, 3/16" thick blades, trough-shaped housing in 1/8" thick sheet, receiving hopper also in 1/8" thick sheet, and 90° discharges of the same diameter, all in type 304 stainless steel. It also includes, in A-36 carbon steel with enamel finish, a base for a 5 hp, 220 VAC, 3-phase WEG brand gearmotor (included) and floor legs to achieve the desired discharge height. Includes the complementary drive system (shafts, bearings, sprockets, chains).
Conveyor 1:
Belt conveyor on a sliding bed, stainless steel frame, 50 cm usable width, white sanitary belt with FDA approval, adjustable "H"-type floor supports for a working height of 0.80 m, Sumitomo fixed-speed gearmotor at 60 feet per minute, 220 volts, 3 phases, 1 hp, fixed guardrails on both sides 10 cm high, lined with UHMWPe polyethylene.
Total conveyor length 1.2 m.
Conveyor 2:
Belt conveyor on a sliding bed, stainless steel frame, 50 cm usable width, white sanitary belt with FDA approval, adjustable "H"-type floor supports for a working height of 0.80 m, driven from the previous conveyor, fixed guardrails on both sides 10 cm high, lined with UHMWPe polyethylene. Includes a retractable section with 0.60 m of travel, ending in a nose tip, pneumatic cylinder with Festo connections and lateral linear guides, connections and SMC double solenoid 24 VDC electrovalve.

17 circular HSS blades of 1.5mm X 66.67mm X 117.475mm, hardened, ground, and sharpened with titanium coating.
Transmission:
Via sprockets, chains, and bearing blocks.
Height adjustment on rollers using guides and a crank with screw.
Raw material compaction by three rollers: one stainless steel and two Nylamyd.
Plans, electrical diagrams, and the operation and maintenance manual are provided. We can offer preventive maintenance and supply spare parts.
