EDR-50

The electronic dynamometers of the EDR-50 series are used to measure the loads acting on different types of mechanical structures during their inspections, assembly processes, and operation. They are introduced into test schemes up to the breaking limit.
They are used:
- as measuring elements in models to check static and dynamic loads, when performing strength tests, for controlling and recording shear loads in lifting cables (tensioners, bars, etc.)
- for determining the traction characteristics of different machines – land-based, naval, and others.
Electronic dynamometers are inertia-free elements, so they can be used as quick-disconnect components, which can, for example, disconnect a power installation upon reaching the selected overload parameter for that work scheme.

- All dynamometers have a movable terminal
- Protection class - IP67
- The terminal has a ChKI indicator that is multi-functional, bidirectional, and with its support. – The force module has protection class IP67.
- Possibility of attending to two limit load indicators (upper and lower)
- Memory with measurement results, recording date and time (measurement report)
- Records the maximum applied load
- High reliability – permissible overload up to 50% of PR (Breaking Point), stiffness to breakage greater than 300%.
- 18-month warranty.

All dynamometers are accompanied by the manufacturer's quality certificate and the calibration certificate stamped by the federal agency for technical regulations and metrology BFRM ROSTET-MOSCOW.
