Structure of the Vibrating Feeder
The vibrating feeder mainly consists of the feeding channel, spring support, vibrating device, motor, and so on. The vibrating device is composed of two eccentric shafts and fixed gears. The driving shaft is driven by the motor through a V-belt, and then the driven shaft is driven by meshing with the gear of the driving shaft. The driving and driven shafts rotate simultaneously in opposite directions to vibrate the feeding channel. Materials will flow continuously, thus enabling material transportation.
