NC vertical lathe machine mod. 1516 is designed for production roughing and finishing of various ferrous and non-ferrous metal pieces. The machine is fitted with computerized numerical control system Siemens and is capable of processing cylindrical, conical with high accuracy, providing high surface smoothness and accuracy.
The machines can perform the following operations:
• External turning and boring of cylindrical, conical and shaped surfaces = add. option
• Processing of end surfaces with constant cutting speed.
• Slotting and parting.
• Drilling, countersinking and reaming of center holes.
• Metric, pipe, trapezoidal and other types of threading in parts center holes using thread cutter = add. option
