Slideway Grinder SZ - for rational finishing of slideways for lathe beds and similar way profiles. Other surfaces can be treated as slide gate valves, plates, etc.
The most important feature of this machine is its efficient grinding head for peripheral grinding set for " multiple grinding ". It is used for simultaneous grinding of all over-head slideway be one set of wheels. A universal grinding head and auxiliary grinding spindles resp. are available for grinding all the other slideways at short non-productive times. In order to ensure a high frame rigidity, the crossrail for carrying the heads has been firmly bolted with the bridge. Hydrostatic table ways, a compensating and convex grinding attachment as well as a special coolant system with table sprinkling are further subassemlies to achieve high accuracy.
