Production line for manufacturing:
-Swan hose
-Natural gas hose
-Level hose
-Flexible coupling body
-Cord (woven and lined) for laying
(Working diameters from 3/16in to 1/2in)

Line specifications:
1. Base Extruder: Screw Gauge 40; heating via resistors, includes electrical panel.
2. Braiding Machine: works with 4 spools of thread, Power control.
3. Lining Extruder: Screw Gauge 50; heating via resistors, includes electrical panel. Equipped with a gear motor between 4-8HP, 1200RPM, 25:1 ratio.
4. 4-blade mill, with accessories.
5. Pullers: Two (02) Pullers, one for each extruder.
6. Cooling Tanks: Two (02) Cooling tanks for product refrigeration.
7. Semi-automatic shear for cutting flexible tube body.
8. Accessories such as filters and dies are included.
9. Production of up to 40 rolls of swan hose per eight (8) hour shift.
